On Startups

It’s no secret I like startups.

I’ve been part of at least seven or eight startups, and I like startups because of a few different things:

• Startups Challenge Convention by asking, “What if?”
• They are not meant to last forever – they are meant to prove a business model, get big, or fail.
• Startups are built on relationships and resilience, and build both.
