Graham Roumieu makes beautiful illustrations that zing, but only when you look at them for a little while. The piece above is a great example of his wry sensibilities. (Perhaps it is an apt measure of his distinctly Canadian humor.)

This site is a fascinating usability experiment and design study for the use of non-clicking metaphors in online content. Even when I tried not to click, I managed to click a few times.
