It’s interesting how the marker work I do for fun is beginning to influence my other work, particularly watercolors that have some line in them. I’ve been reading Everyday Matters and watching Danny Gregory’s continuing success with a Rapidograph pen. This isn’t quite what’s going on there but I’ve been better able in recent weeks to suggest with blocks of color the kind of sculptural line I normally just lay in with ink.
This scan is another example of this style.

it’s a great fine tipped point pen that works well for inking
