It looks, once again, that user experience on the web drives sales. This should probably not be news for anyone who’s used the web in the last few years, but a survey released today confirms this fact.
ComputerWorld notes that price is not always the main driver for success. I can attest to this; I’d much rather have good service at a slightly higher price than the absolute lowest price possible. Unless I know that I’m just getting a bargain.
